Preston 23rd Chess Congress took place from Friday 26th November 2010, to Sunday 28th November 2010. It was a five round swiss system tournament with 4 sections depending on playing strength. The second congress at our new venue at The University Of Central Lancashire (uclan) went well. 139 players took part.
